I stopped taking my birth control pills about a month ago. And a few days ago AF showed up...3 days earlier than expected causing my luteal phase to be only 10 days. I’m a little worried since it’s so short. I know it can take time for my cycle to regulate after birth control, but I also read that your luteal phase doesn’t really change. Does anyone know of had experience with a short luteal phase right off of birth control ad then it getting longer the more time I’m off the pill?
