discharge after taking plan B pill

i took a plan b yesterday and i woke up and my vagina smells not like fish but just odd and not normal and i noticed this white stuff was coming out of it and my discharge usually isn’t this thick and this white stuff has a smell to it and it’s not normal i don’t think. does plan b cause this type of discharge or do i have a bacterial infection
