Jr Loan Processor

Anyone work as a jr loan processor or loan processor? Was wondering if anyone could share and answer a few questions. What’s it like? How is the pay? Is their room to grow? I’m at a pivotal moment in my life where i need change. I have a great paying job but lots of responsibilities and drama constantly (I am a service manager at a farm equipment dealership). I recently applied and have an interview as a jr loan processor, while it will be a cut in pay I’m hoping to be able to grow into a more successful career than I am at now. I’m just worried I will get into something I might regret.
