Ive had depression for abt 4 years now

& i struggle a lot w motivation...

so I don't rlly workout that much

even tho I want to.

(I always say, "ill do it tomorrow"

but i never do it so yea)

Ive been walking a lot lately tho

(1h, almost everyday for 1 month

& Idk why but im just not happy w my body so thats why I wanna workout, but i wanna do it in a 'healthy/good' way if yk what i mean.

(like i dont care what others think abt me, I wanna do this for me. Cuz i wanna love myself.)

1. Can ya'll see any changes from the first pic - this one. (I can't rlly tell if ive lost any weight or not)

(put 'em next to each other so Its easier to see)

2. Do ya'll have any tipson how to start working out if u dont rlly have any motivation? :)
