Pre-Eclampsia Symptoms?

I haven’t had any issues this pregnancy at all up until last night. Before bed my vision started to get blurry and spotty so I laid down as I felt like I was beginning to get a headache. I woke up in the middle of the night with a full blown migraine and vomited explosively. Woke up this morning still feeling a headache though not as bad with sensitivity to light and a bit of nausea. My face seems swollen and has lots of busted vessels all over. I’ve taken Tylenol and it’s helped some but not fully. 
Should I go in? 37 + 3

Update: went to labor and delivery to get checked out still here but they don’t seem super concerned bc my blood pressure is actually lower than typical.

I’ve had a similar problem. Haven’t mentioned it to doctor though since my blood pressure was always good.

Do you have a BP cuff at home? I was instructed to call the on call nurse whenever I had a headache, and my OB said they would probably ask for your BP readings. My preeclampsia group says to take it 3 times in a row and if it is 140/90+ or very close to that then you need to go to L&D immediately. 
The fact that you took Tylenol and it isn’t going away, plus the other extreme symptoms are very concerning, so it can’t hurt to go directly to L&D at this point. Good luck!

Yes those are some symptoms you should get your pressure taken ASAP
