Combination birth control

I take my pill every morning at 7:30am I’m really good about taking my pills every morning. However I forgot to take it this morning and won’t have access to my pills until today around maybe 2 or 3pm. I’m scared but if I double up on pills today would that help?? Should I resolve to plan b if I end up having sex tonight or tomorrow?
