I think I’m pregnant again !!

I’m here again :( so the the last time I had sex was November 21st 2020 and my periods have been different and now I always get brown blood after and before my period I started to become constipated and when I wipe my discharge turn brown I have really bad anxiety when my period starts now and I know you really can’t have periods when y’all pregnant but I don’t know what to believe , but before you tell me to go take a test I have no way of getting one or no way of someone bringing it to me .
