Weird Tingling Sensation

Ok this is the weirdest thing. I have these tingling, a little painful sensations to the left of my belly button. I’m only 4 weeks so I know it can’t be anything pushing up against it, I read that it could be my pancreas distributing hormones? Its too high to be my uterus or anything reproductive, right?! It’s the one constant feeling I’ve had the past few days. No idea if it’s related to pregnancy or if it’s something more serious?
