Anyone’s exclusively breastfed baby’s poop look like this?? There’s bits of slightly blood tinged mucus 😭 if anyone has had anything similar, what was it from??

We’ve been seeing a GP and she recommended I cut out dairy and soy. I’ve been off dairy now 5 weeks and soy 4 weeks but now we have blood! The poops are less overall mucusy now but something is still obviously wrong!
