Breast pump through tricare

How soon/when does tricare allow you to request a breast pump? I’m active duty and my women’s health clinic on base told me that I have to be in my third trimester before I can request a breast pump... I will be separated later on during my second trimester so I was wondering if the third trimester thing is a universal rule or if people have gotten theirs before their third trimester? I will grill be covered on tricare after I separate because my husband is also active duty but I just want to make sure I can get it as soon as possible because I know getting things in the military takes some time
