C Section moms help!
Hello! I am 5 months post partum, baby arrived via c section. I am finally feeling well enough & motivated to start working out again. My question is, when I work out, I sweat a lot in the area where my scar is. Because on the flap I have hanging over I assume. Any tips on how to possibly help keep it dry? It's a bit uncomfortable after the fact. Also not sure if that's best for the scar.
