Okay everybody with good eyes

So the other night, I was at a fire with some friends and it’s obviously chilly out so my nips are on statue..my right nipple only starts buring and hurting like hell. Oddly enough this was my first pregnancy symptom with my youngest who is now 5. Also my thighs are cramping and I’m having radiating cramps in my low back and the top of my butt. So I took a test from cvs and I got this..it’s super duper faint ik and I’m seeing that these test might be a little sus...so any help would be amazing ❤️
