I got my paraguard 4 years ago, I just recently got it removed. Ever since I got it I started contracting chronic yeast infections after each cycle. My cycle was heavier, longer, and the strings used to scratch my sexual partners leaving scabs on them! I felt so much better after removal, my vagina is back in balance and i feel so much closer to her, there’s natural forms of birth control to educate ourselves on, these pills and contraptions are just too risky and stressful.
