False positive?!

So I’ve been tracking for months and had kind of lost hope. Didn’t bd as much this month and then I started spotting on CD22 (4dpo). So assumed implantation bleeding as all the dates added up.

Took my first test on 6dpo with FMU and got a faint line with invert app. Tested again on 7dpo and it was darker!! Tested again the past 2 days expecting it to get even darker and now I’m getting BFN ☹️ including with FRER.

Tried FMU and holding it for 4+ hours but still BFN

CM is also very thick and creamy atm. I have lots of symptoms.

My fiancé was excited and told our parents as soon as he found out 🙈 but now I’m dreading that we’ve all gotten our hopes up for no reason.
