So I have been on depo for about a year now. My last shot was in late June, and I was due for another shot in mid October. I have been really busy this fall so I never made it in to get my shot. That makes me a little over a month late for it. Now, for about 3 weeks now my boobs have been so painful and swollen on the outer sides and around my nipple area. They are growing in size and the only other feeling I could relate it to is when you first start breast feeding. And it has been constant. I have not had sex in this time so I KNOW I'm not pregnant. Has anyone else on Depo had any experiences like this? Do you think it's just because I am throwing off my body by skipping my shot?
