Hi ladies... I have a question.

Im due with my 2nd baby in June 2021. I’m having a difficult time deciding if I want to quit my job and stay at home with my 2kids. I’m wondering if anyone knows the following...

my company pays short term disability insurance for me 100% so I will be applying for that when on leave.. but what if I decide that i really do want to stay home and quit while on leave? Will I have to pay that money back since my company covers STD insurance for maternity leave 100%?? Im in Arizona.
