I am concerned

I got Mirena on dec 9, 10 days later I started bleeding. It’s been 4 months since that and I haven’t stopped bleeding at all, everyday since dec 9. 101 days. Sometimes it’s lighter, sometimes it’s heavier. Is this normal or should I get it removed???
