Positive OPK two weeks after d and c

Hello ladies. It’s been over two weeks since my d and c after my miscarriage. And I’ve been having all my normal ovulation symptoms so today I took and ovulation test and it came back positive. I’ve read up and they say it is possible to ovulate two weeks after a miscarriage or d and c procedure. Which means you can ovulate and get pregnant before you even get a fist post miscarriage period. Which makes sense as you have to have ovulation in order to get your next period. My partner and I have had unprotected sex and lots of it during this ovulation time without realising until today that I’m actually ovulating as we didn’t think it was possible to ovulate this soon. I was wondering has this ever happened to anyone else?
