EPO - are you/have you used it?

Question

Is anyone or has anyone used evening primrose oil capsules on the lead up to labour/birth? Vaginally or orally? And what was your experience?
I know there's no solid evidence, and to be ok'd by midwife/OB.
Just curious if anyone is or has used it ☺️

I just tried 2 capsules vaginally at 36 weeks with my doctors okay because I’m being induced early, but I was told to stop and wait now because I had contractions all night and it worked a little to well with my body. She said to start taking them next week and see if we can naturally induce me.

Last pregnancy I did and I am again this time. Went from first contraction to baby in 5 hours but I do think it made my contractions extremely painful
