I’m getting married in a few months. And my fiancé and I are wanting to have him adopt my 2 1/2 year old. Her father isn’t in the picture. He isn’t on the birth certificate and she does not have his last name. He never sees her maybe 2 in the past 2 1/2 years he saw her. Says he wants to but never shows up to visit. How would it work for my fiancé to adopt her? And will I still need her Sperm donors permission?
