So I’m confused, almost over 2weeks ago I was experiencing bad lower back cramps and small dull pains on both sides of my stomach now since that is gone I’ve just been getting lingering head aches through out the days but still no AF, I took a test at 15dpo and it came out negative so idk I kinda don’t want to test again but I’m super later and the latest I’ve ever been was 3 days late so this is confusing now I’m 18dpo and nothing all I want to do it be pregnant

My body : Feb 2019 doc told me I have PCOS, did the surgery and ever since April 2019 I’ve been having my periods on time so what changes now with well over 2 years of consistency with my periods
