Any yeast infections ??

Hey I got a yeast infection and my doctors told me that I can use monistat has anyone used monistat 3 while pregnant? I seen it was safer for pregnant women to use the monistat 7 during pregnancy but 3 is what I got anyone used 3 and their baby was okay?
