Am I the only one?

I can’t be the only first time mom that swears they are NEVER HAVING ANOTHER baby. 
Being pregnant was great. 
This newborn stage isn’t so much. 
It has its moments.
But every night I’m reminded why I say I’m never having another baby. 
(In reality I’ll prolly have another, in about 3 years.. but I’ll be saving money for a night nanny til then.)

I have been feeling the same way lol. I was induced early, had a horrible labor. Baby did not want to breast feed the first month so I exclusively pumped. I don’t know how I could ever have another baby while he is toddler age and give them both the attention they deserve... I don’t know how people with multiple kids do it.

The first baby is the hardest. You really do get used to it. I was more tired with my first than I am now with 3. I sleep great with baby right next to me.

I’ve always wanted two. Actually, I used to want 4, but once I started grad school that went out the window real fast. But I’m definitely a bit on the fence now. Being pregnant was miserable, delivery sucked, recovery has been hard. I love my kid and I’m really starting to feel more connected with her. But I also know that every baby is different. It was really difficult before she slept through the night. And now she’s been sleeping through the night since she was 5 weeks old. I know that’s not common and so what if the second one doesn’t! While I have a toddler to deal with! I’m not dead set against it, but I’m definitely not as certain as I once was.

It passes and then you are ready for another. Haha. My advice, sleep train as soon as you get the okay to stop night feeds.
