Should I be concernedz

I am 6 weeks and keep getting this annoying hip achs on the left side that wrap around to my lower back on the left side down to my but cheeks. I will also sometimes get little achs down at my lower abdomen on the left side near the pubic bone. Idk if its a nerve thing or possible ectopic.. I have never had ectopic before so idk
