Gestational sac and yolk sac

Is it a good sign when they see a gestational sac and yolk sac? I'm supposed to be 7 weeks 3 days, that's what the <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">glow app</a> says. But she didnt see a baby. Also my uterus is tilted. It was hard for her to even see those. This is my 3rd pregnancy with my husband, we had 2 chemical pregnancies. This is our rainbow baby.
