Looking for opinions on what this Maybe.. She is losing her hair and has these red areas on her hip that look to be very dry. She does dig and naw at the area like she has fleas but she doesn't. She's strictly an inside puppy, I also just recently had given her a bath in some new puppy Shampoo also not sure if that could possibly be the cause or not..
