Hey ladies! As I post this my heart does a little extra beat from nerves since it’s April Fools Day... but at 7dp5dt (FET) we got our positive! This was our 7th transfer starting in November 2019. We’ve had two miscarriages and 4 failed implantations.

I go from hopeful and ecstatic to nervous and praying depending on what minute it is- you all know the feeling 💚

Since we’re all symptom hunters: I had stretching/pulling cramps after transfer and day after transfer. I had small amount of dark brown spotting when I went pee on second day and then smallest amount of light pink spotting when I went pee two days past transfer. Also I’m a Type 1 diabetic with an insulin pump, when an embryo implants it immediately starts releasing sugar (that my sad pancreas lacking body doesn’t know what to do with) so my blood sugar SKY ROCKETED a few hours after transfer. I’ve almost doubled all my insulin levels since then. Truly cramps and sugar levels were my only signs.

I’m not scared to say it on here ladies... I’m desperate for this positive to stay positive. Please don’t be a horrible April Fools Day joke world! Women going through <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> do NOT appreciate irony.
