Need help!!

Could this possibly be the start of my 3rd miscarriage? Had my first positive pregnancy test on 03/09 & didn’t have my first doctors appointment on 03/31 so I don’t even know how far I am roughly 😢

My first scan isn’t until 04/08 which is supposed to be my dating scan. I’m extremely anxious & nervous due to my previous losses so any help would be greatly appreciated.
