I had labs/ultrasound this morning at my OB office and got a call immediately from the fertility clinic saying that everything looks good and transfer is scheduled for Wednesday! I was not expecting to be ready for maybe another week or 2, I only just started medication last Friday. My lining is at an 8 and tri laminar. So I start estrogen suppositories tomorrow in addition and progesterone.

My question is, for those who’ve had intralipids or HCG wash, do you highly recommend?? They recommend but it’s optional. Right now I’m leaning towards not doing it, but then again im like maybe I should!? Issue is we would have to arrive 2 days early (we are driving 8ish hours to our clinic), and the thought of being away from my little one for that long stresses me, not to mention my husbands work schedule. We will already have to leave early Tuesday to spend the night, then transfer Wednesday morning. I really don’t know about leaving Monday. My clinic does a lot of immune stuff, and of course I want to do everything possible, but I’m not sure if it’s necessary? I’m already on Prednisone, lovenox, baby aspirin, and start Prograf tomorrow. I didn’t do any of this my first round and I thankfully had a successful transfer. Would you do it or pass? I need to make up my mind so I can make arrangements. Thanks for your input❤️
