unless i know i bought it very recently i check the expiration date on everything before i use it. my mom used to never throw anything out and we had expired food that had expired about 7 years prior or some shit. so i like to look at the expiration date always

I go through them fairly quickly, so not often. Also, I thought that they don’t really go bad, just maybe won’t be as potent? I’m trying to think of any that could make you sick, and I can’t....

I’m aware that spices expire but they do so more in a not having as strong of a flavour way and not in an actually expiring way so I just don’t care 😅
