Help Please I’m Suffering

Hello. Before reading just know I am seeking medical help this post is just until I am able to.

I believe I have a pretty nasty yeast infection, and it’s caused some sores and stuff to pop up down there which are really. Really. Painful. Does anyone know what I can do to help ease that pain? I’ve been taking warm-hot baths and using compresses. But is there anything more I can do?
