How can I help my baby learn to roll over to her back?

Hello ❤️ so my baby is 5 and a half months now and she rolls to her stomach like a pro, but she’s having a hard time going from stomach to back, I see her trying and then she gets frustrated and I try to let her do it herself but she just ends up putting her head down and crying so I help her but moving her shoulders slowly, are there other ways I can help her learn?

Hi Mama and LO! Try rolling her on her sides and see if that helps. Let her stay for a little and if she gets fussy roll to tummy or back. Roll from tummy to back as well. Same thing if she gets fussy switch positions. To get her used to those movements.
 Pick her back up if she's really really fussy / try and soothe then try again. 
 Putting things she is interested in where you want her to turn and also noises for her to follow (rattler, music, etc).
