Preclamsia

Anyone that has preclamsia what are your signs and symptoms? I'm pretty sure I have it I called and they told me to check my bp and it was only 106 over 68 and they said it needs to be 130 over 90 to go in. have had a migrane for two days and it won't go away even if I get or drink caffeine, I have to drink water out the butt anyways for my syncope, I have lowered my sodium intake, im constantly tired but I have been going through iron transfusions, I have been nausea all day today, I checked this morning and weight 134 pounds when Tuesday I weighed 130 pounds, and my calves and feet are swollen like crazy I have tried everything from elevation to cold compress to compression sock and they just keep swelling more. I'm at a loss.
