Ladies please help.

I’m 5+5 pregnant today and last night my husband and I decided to have sex after 2 weeks of us not doing it to be “safe” well we went a little rough once we were done there was red bleeding when I wiped it looked dry red it was on my hands as well I’m freaked out! This morning there’s no more red spotting but there’s a tan/peachy color spotting and I’m also cramping could I have hurt the baby? This is my first pregnancy and I’m scared I did something to hurt the baby. I tested this morning and my lines are still dark but I don’t like this spotting!
