Slow Rising HCG

Ladies, help! I am 4 weeks + 5 days and my HCG hasn't been ideal. It was 46 my first bloodtest, then 77, 133 and today 188. Each test 48 hrs apart. Has anyone experienced hcg levels similar? What was your outcome, good and bad. I am worried about miscarriage. I have to go back for another hcg bloodtest this week and they will also be checking my thyroid. Thanks! 💜
