I struggled so hard to give my trama a name. To call what happened as it is. Why? Because under the Minnesota law, it is not a rape. I was not mentally incapacitated becasue I choose to drink as a sober man had way with me according to the law.

But people are listening to the case of Francios Khalil who's conviction was over turned. I am praying there is a change in the laws. Such a horrible battle for this women but I really hope something good comes from it. We should be outraged and I know I am. It gives me hope to see this law being looked at.
