Just need a little tip

Hi everyone, so I’m almost 2 months late on my period. But I had sex in feb, and i didnt get my period for the month of March. I’ve taken 3 tests and all 3 came back negative. I’m also taking these detox pills and it has changed my cycle, but today I just threw up a lot, idk why, so I’m thinking of taking another test just in case. Let me know what to do please
