Could I have an std while pregnant

So I am 20 weeks and about a week and a half ago I started having some itching down there and then my clit area was irritated, red and swollen. I had some thick discharge for a few days and then nothing. The itching has only gotten worse and so has the burning and now there is a weird smell? Idk if it’s fishy but definitely doesn’t smell good. I have never had an infection so I’m not used to any of this.

I am married but we have gone through a very hard time recently to the point where we almost split up so he was staying at. Family members house for a weekish. This has all happened within a matter of 2-3 weeks so I am so paranoid that he cheated , we are back together and doing better now but still . I think he would have told me but just becuase these symptoms I am very worried. I went to my ob and they only tested me for yeast and bv when I told them the symptoms and I am still waiting for the results.

I also switched my body wash around 3-4 weeks ago?
