HELP!

Has ANYBODY had this happen before?.. Please let me know. While in my second trimester, I would get these pains that would drive me to tears in my ribs and chest area, almost make it to where I couldn’t move. I would throw up and have diarrhea all at the same time while this pain was occurring. It would last maybe 20-30 minutes max. I told my doctor, she tested me for gallbladder issues everything came back fine/normal. Fast forward, now 38 weeks and I’m getting them but they’re lasting hours, I’m crying in pain from it. It’s paralyzing. Medication is no longer helping the pain, Has anyone been through this? What can I do??
