How to relax more 2nd pregnancy after loss
I just found out I’m pregnant, 3 days before my expected period is due. I’m so happy, but so anxious about this pregnancy after having an early miscarriage in December. Tips on how to relax? I know whatever will be will be, and it’s all in gods hands. But I’m working myself up with anxiety. Googling every little cramp. Getting myself into scenarios that haven’t happened. How have you managed with your rainbow baby?
