Anyone have any “weird” symptoms?

Question

I’m 9 weeks and 3 days. No nausea, no morning sickness, no cramping, implantation bleeding. 
However, since turning 9 weeks I have verps something awful. My lips are chapped (I drink a gallon of water a day), and my nipples hurt like hell! 
I’ve had pretty consistent headaches since about 6 weeks too. At minimum 3 a week.

I am 11+2 and I have horrible chapped lips they feel like sandpaper! Lol my skin I have noticed especially on my hands has been ROUGH lately lol I’m hoping the second trimester is nicer to us 😆 lol
