Abdominal Myomectomy

I just had a myomectomy my fibroid was huge and giving me hell. I’m getting better but it’s a journey. I’m ready to get back to normal. I don’t have any children and I just want my one healthy baby. Has anyone been through this? What’s the recovery like? I heard I have to wait a year before I try to have a baby.
