Pregnancy symptoms help :(

Hi everyone just a quick one really i came on my period 3 days early this month but spotted on and off for 3days when generally i suffer heavy periods that last 7days, since then ive continued to have sore breasts cramps sickness bloating you name it i got it lol my period isnt due for another two weeks and ive done two tests both negative. Has anyone else experienced this? Or is it my mind playing tricks on me? X
