Symptoms gone

Hey guys! Today I’m 9w1d and my symptoms stopped 2 days ago. Well.. I’ve gagged a couple of times but nothing comes up and my boobs are t that sore anymore. I’m concerned cause the apps say symptoms peak at 9 weeks. I go tomorrow for my first ultrasound. Any advice or similar experience?
