Has The Nhs messed up anyone else’s paperwork the hospital called me today to discuss my daughters birth it said on our files I had trouble pushing on my back after being turnt on my side i delivered baby with no problem but her shoulder nevres were damaged this is completely false my daughter stopped breathing after her head came out the room filled with doctors they cut me and pulled her so hard they broke her arm there’s no medical history off my daughters x rays or therapy sessions of her arm they also said im at high risk for another birth like this but they offered me to be induced at 38 weeks because they are running a research to see if women that have problems given birth are able too at 38 weeks let me just say i was told from my first pregnancy I will struggle to give birth because of my pelvis my daughter was born at 39 weeks and only 7 pounds ,they booked me for a section at 38 weeks 6 days but I’m now even more scared at the fact that my daughters whole medical trauma is not on file like are they covering something or Isit normal to not note these things down
