Do you think I could be pregnant ?

My SO and I have frequent unprotected sex but he always pulls out or buys a plan b if he messes up with it hardly ever. This month I missed my period it is 10 days late as of today and I’ve been cramping but I don’t have any of the pregnancy symptoms and on top of that I took a dollar tree test but it was negative.. I’ve been having creamy discharge but I was thinking maybe it was just a UTI or something. Woman to woman what do you think or suggest ?

- I’ve ordered the new clear blue test and I thought about taking a plan b just to see if my period would come on .. but I have been having a little back pain but that’s pretty normal for me.
