What time do you begin bedtime routine?

My husband gets home from work on the later side (7ish) so we've kept a pretty late bedtime so that he can spend time with our 3 month old in the evenings. After many fussy evenings or sleeping halfway through his before bed feeding I believe it's time to move up our sons bedtime from 9:30/10 to a more reasonable hour...anyone in a similar boat?

Our bed time routine starts at 6pm with bath time. She is then asleep by 7:30. She has 2 sisters (1yo and 5yo) so she's slotted into their routine

Right now he’s asleep between 9-10. I usually start bedtime routine around 8:30. Once he gets older and it’s time to move him to his crib and he’s sleeping through the night, I will make it earlier with the end goal being around 7-7:30

I try to have baby in bed no later than 730. Once I started that, maybe a week ago, he’s had longer stretches of sleep. She’ll be 11 weeks on Friday.
