Major crotch pain!

I'm 24 weeks today and my crotch hurts. So. F-ing. Bad. Out of no where it just feels like someone is pulling my uterus out of my body. I don't think it's anything serious. It's not a cramp feeling and there hasn't been any bleeding but it hurts! I'm not worried about it since I've had this pain before and I feel him kicking around every now and then but someone please tell me I'm not alone!🙃😬🙄
