I am currently missing my period. I was suppose to come on around the 27th of march, but no period. I am on the iud paragard, have been for over 4 years and never missed a period. I have been cramping like I’m coming over but no signs of blood. I have been very sleepy lately. Me and my fiancé are very active (sexually). I’ve taking three pregnancy tests which both were negative. Could I be pregnant?

P.s I am currently taking prenatal vitamins and planned on taken out my iud this month.
