Natural ways to Avoid The Rhoid?

Hi ladies! Anyone have ideas/recipes to keep things moving gently prior to due date? (Natural and vegetarian-friendly.) I'm susceptible to hemorrhoids, especially when I'm constipated... Just really nervous that pushing during delivery will make an already sensitive situation much much worse. I'll gladly take any advice/recommendations/feedback/personal experiences!

I know u said avoid, but I had to let you know I've tried evrything prescribed creams, prep h wipes, etcAnd the most pain relieving thing I've used was ghee. Found it on net, there's also a recipes for ghee with tumeric. It worked wonders. But even when the tumeric is too much the ghee by itself is awesome.

I take 1 tablespoon of phsyllum husk fiber daily. It helps so much!I've struggled with hemorrhoids since I gave birth 2 years ago and constipation for as long as I can remember. This stuff keeps me regular.

I've suffered from constipation since becoming pregnant, when previously I've always been regular. I let the midwife know at my last appointment and she recommended Epsom salt baths, and a magnesium supplement that you mix with water and drink. The drink helps immensely and the first day I bought it, I took an Epsom bath and then drank the supplement and went to the bathroom about 4 times and it was all super easy to get our, it truly showed just how much toxic waste had been sitting in my body. To start with: 1/2tsp mixed with about 1/3cup hot water, then fill the rest of an 8-12oz glass with cold water and drink. You can safely increase it over time and the bottle recommends splitting the dosage up so you're drinking it multiple times a day. I've just been drinking it once a day as needed when I haven't gone, but I am probably going to start taking it every day. Hopefully this helps you!!
